  4.  BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
  5.  THIS AGREEMENT.  BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY --
  6.  AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO -- THIS AGREEMENT.

  8.     IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT,
  9.     DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  12.  1.  NightShade Computing ("NightShade") grants to you a non-exclusive,
  13.  non-sublicensable, non-transferable, Limited License to use this
  14.  shareware version of Sentry (the "Software") in binary executable form.

  23.  2.  Software is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties,
  24.  including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
  25.  purpose or noninfringement.

  27.     NightShade shall not be liable under any theory for any damages
  28.  suffered by you or any user of the software.

  36.  3. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights, in and
  37.  to the Software, shall remain in NightShade.  You agree to abide by the
  38.  international copyright laws and all other applicable laws of Canada
  39.  including, but not limited to, export control laws.

  41.     You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a
  42.  confidential trade secret of NightShade and therefore you agree not to
  43.  modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or
  44.  reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws
  45.  specifically prohibit such restriction.

  52.  4. NightShade may terminate this License at any time by delivering
  53.  notice to you. Upon termination of this License by NightShade, you
  54.  agree to destroy or erase the Software.

  56.     You may terminate this Limited License at any time by destroying or
  57.  erasing all of your copies of the Software.
  58.  
  59.     This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
  60.  the laws of Canada and, in matters affecting copyrights, trademarks
  61.  and patents, by Canadian federal law.  This License sets forth the
  62.  entire agreement between you and NightShade.

  69.  5. NightShade shall not be liable for
  70.  
  71.     (a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any
  72.  sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if
  73.  NightShade has been informed of the possibility of such damages, nor
  74.  
  75.     (b) for any claim by any other party. This limitation of liability
  76.  shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent
  77.  applicable law prohibits such limitation.

  81.  6. From time to time NightShade may, at its sole discretion, advise the
  82.  User of updates, upgrades, enhancements or improvements to the Software
  83.  and/or new releases of the Software (collectively, "Enhancements"), via
  84.  whatever method(s) determined by NightShade to be appropriate.

  86.     NightShade may license such Enhancements to the User, upon payment
  87.  of fees as may be established by Licensor from time to time. All such
  88.  Enhancements to the Software provided to the End-User shall also be
  89.  governed by the terms of this License.

  91.  ONLY REGISTERED USERS OF THE SOFTWARE WILL HAVE ANY ASSURANCE OF BEING
  92.  ADVISED OF, AND LICENSED TO USE, ANY ENHANCEMENTS TO THE SOFTWARE,
